Namasté is a sanskrit term. i have heard many translations but the one that sticks with me is this: "i honor the place in you that is the same as the place in me." The term is used to show respect and good will, but the meaning is really much deeper. It means that we are all part of the same whole, and at our core, we are all the same...the part of us that never changes, that Self, is recognizable because it exists in the same exact state in all humans. |

She points out the very simple fact that every thought we have that we act on, and some we don't are energy. That energy is converted through neuropeptides into chemicals and electical signals throughout the body to respond. And most of it happens on an unconcsious level. |

You know by now that your body is made of any incredible number of electrical circuits that control your muscles and such in your body. Did you know that there is a way for your body to speak directly to a computer! It happens at the speed of light. Over the course of fifteen to twenty minutes your body and our computer chat. Many of the same questions are asked over and over in different ways to confirm that the message was conveyed properly. At the end of the process, we get a printout of just what had your body stressed the most. By dealing with these stress items or stressors as we call them, we can help you eliminate the major stresses in your life. |
